Blazer 380 ACP 95 Grain TMJ
The .380 Automatic Colt Pistol cartridge was developed in 1908 by John Moses Browning to be the largest self loading cartridge that could be fired out of a blow back pistol design: the goal was simplicity and reliability, and since the cartridge was adopted by numerous nations, either as the .380 Browning, or the 9mm Short (Corto, Kurz, etc), it appears to have been quite successful. Today it is one of the most common calibers for the smallest of compact or concealable pistols. The 95 grain full metal jacketed round has a muzzle velocity of 945 feet per second with 188 foot pounds of energy. It is an ideal training or target shooting round: non reloadable, but also non corrosive.
CCI is well known for its rimfire ammunition. That quality has been extended to its line of centerfire ammunition, both brass cased and, as is with this case, aluminum. Cascade Cartridge Inc. offers the best of dependable performance and economy of price to keep shooters at the range for just a little bit longer without breaking the bank.
